In what was a lively draw at Gigg lane, Fleetwood town dropped another two points in the race for automatic promotion. This has meant Fleetwood have drawn consecutive games 0-0 which has seen them drop out of the top two.
Fleetwood now trail Bolton by six points which is a big gap to overturn in the running to the end of the season.
A game that was more important for Fleetwood saw them have less of the ball and less of the chances with Bury being the more threating team.
The best chance came to Kyle Dempsey who hit the post, there was also chance for Bobby Grant who tested Joe Murphy.
Buy’s best chance landed to James Vaughan who headed over from Jermaine Pennant’s free-kick after the interval.
But Bury went the closest to finding the winner after Hallam Hope had found some space outside the area but dragged it wide.
The point see’s Bury stay in 17th place and 4 points above the relegation zone, while Fleetwood remain in 3rd place 3 points above Bradford.
