One of Jose Mourinho’s aims this summer is to add to his attacking power and as well as looking at Antoine Griezmann, he has set his sights on Andrea Belotti.

The Torino striker who has a £84.5 million buyout clause has been scouted by United according to ESPN.

The Italian striker has only just signed a new deal until 2021 but does have the buyout clause.

The 23- year old has been very prolific this season in  A scoring 25 goals in a team that sits 8th in the league.

Not only United are monitoring his situation, with other European clubs looking at him also.

As well as Belotti, United are also monitoring Romelu Lukaku and Monaco’s Kylian Mbappe.

Belotti insists he isn’t thinking about the summer transfer window but for a player who doesn’t struggle to score will at some point want to start winning trophies and United could be the place for that.

Money is no objective for United and Andrea Belotti may like the idea of becoming United’s new number 9.
